Description Question: In terms of your working relationship with the director and your collaborative relationship, is that entirely dependent on the personalities involved, or do you have sort of a working method that is fairly established and then you only adapt it ever so slightly to the directors? Answer: I think every director is different, you just have to really work with the personalities. Every creative team is different, even if you work with the same creative team over years, we age, different things happen to us in our lives, things change, it's always different. I think to think you've got a way of doing it, or if I thought I had a formula to apply I'd become rigid and that would be deadly, complacence. I think it would be very complacent. I think that's what I would aspire to do anyway, always to treat each relationship as new as possible, even though you know someone really really well, and that can be quite hard. But I think to be formulaic is deadly to a creative person.
